Cybercrime Training for First Responders

Gain an understanding of the dynamics of both victims and offenders in fraud and social engineering, image-based sexual abuse, stalking, sextortion, revenge pornography, and child sexual offenses.

This training will cover:

• Michigan criminal laws and statutes 
• Basics of internet technology 
• Victim and offender behavior 
• Digital evidence collection

 

This training is approved for 8 hours of credit with MCOLES and is taught by cybercrime experts from the Michigan State University School of Criminal Justice.
